Judgment (卦辞)

Correcting. It furthers one to cross the great water. Before the starting point, three days. After the starting point, three days. Decay that has accumulated must be corrected. The time demands decisive reform — one must act before stagnation becomes irreversible.

蛊：元亨，利涉大川。先甲三日，后甲三日。

Image (象辞)

The wind blows low on the mountain — the image of Correcting. Thus the superior man stirs up the people and strengthens their spirit. Wind penetrating below the mountain reveals hidden decay. The wise leader addresses corruption before it spreads.

山下有风，蛊；君子以振民育德。
