Duration. Success. No blame. Perseverance furthers. It furthers one to have somewhere to go. Duration means steadfastness — maintaining the right course over time. Enduring principles provide stability, but one must adapt to changing circumstances.

恒：亨，无咎，利贞。利有攸往。

Image (象辞)

Thunder and wind — the image of Duration. Thus the superior man stands firm and does not change his direction. Thunder and wind are constant forces of nature; their persistence teaches that true endurance comes from keeping to the correct path without wavering.

雷风，恒；君子以立不易方。
