Judgment (卦辞)

Deliverance. The southwest furthers. If there is no longer anywhere to go, return brings good fortune. If there is still somewhere to go, hastening brings good fortune. After obstruction is relieved, one should act promptly to complete the resolution.

解：利西南，无所往，其来复吉。有攸往，夙吉。

Image (象辞)

Thunder and rain set in motion — the image of Deliverance. Thus the superior man forgives mistakes and pardons offenses. Thunder and rain dissolve the oppressive atmosphere; forgiveness and swift action clear away what has accumulated.

雷雨作，解；君子以赦过宥罪。
