Enthusiasm. It furthers one to install helpers and to set armies marching. Enthusiasm that springs from inner conviction moves others to action. When the leader's enthusiasm is genuine, the people follow willingly.

豫：利建侯行师。

Image (象辞)

Thunder comes resounding out of the earth — the image of Enthusiasm. Thus the ancient kings made music in honor of virtue, offered it to the Supreme Deity, and shared it with their ancestors. Thunder erupting from below stirs all creatures to joyful movement.

雷出地奋，豫；先王以作乐崇德，殷荐之上帝，以配祖考。
